Our Kung Fu Fitness class is a fun and challenging, calorie burning, total body, high intensity workout. It’s based on both bodyweight exercises and reality based self-defense techniques that can be applied to actual self-defense scenarios.
This is not your average martial arts or kickboxing inspired cardio workout, we draw techniques and applications from our core martial arts classes. There are no wasted movements, you will learn proper form and applications. This is a fun and unique class, no class is ever the same. Come and get fighting fit!
